CCGIA Student Registration

To register for CCGIA courses please complete the Online Registration Form and indicate course title in the "comments" box at the bottom of the form.

CCGIA Registration Refund Policy

CCGIA will refund tuition money only under the following circumstances:

Written cancellation prior to 7 days from the first day of class, a refund will be given to the student or agency. A 15% refund fee will apply to all refunds that originated via credit card to cover credit card fees.

Less than 7 days notice - the money will be applied to any other CCGIA training event. No money refunds will be given except in exigent circumstances.

Any account that is not resolved will be subject to the following fees and terms:

30 days after the service is provided, is subject to a 10% or $50.00 fee, which ever is more.

90 days, a 20% or $100 fee will be assessed.

6 months, CCGIA will assess a 40% or $250 fee, and will have the option of turning the account over to a collection agency.

By filling out and submitting a registration form to CCGIA, you agree to these terms.

All registrations for CCGIA classes, services, seminars, and annual conference are subject to this policy.
